Training For Rescues

After over a decade of international animal welfare experience, WFA launched Training for Rescues (TFR) in March, 2023. TFR is the animal welfare side of WFA!

TFR is a two to three time a year virtual event that sets rescues up for success and changes the lives of shelter animals! Through our virtual workshops, international ethical, humane and reward-based animal professionals teach the most up-to-date scientific methods through challenges so ethical shelters and rescues can easily apply these concepts and transform their shelters to better meet the needs and welfare of their animals. TFR is all about creating a like-minded community that empowers and inspires each other as we create long-lasting, positive change for animals.
